EVENT INFORMATION AND PADDOCK ACCESS

- BRIEFING
The briefing is mandatory for all participants and will take place in the press room at the time indicated by the organizer (usually between 8:30 AM and 8:50 AM).

- CIRCUIT ACCESS
A few days before the event, registered participants will receive an email containing all the event information (forms, briefing, schedules). Unless otherwise indicated, access to the circuit will be possible from 7:00 PM on the day before the event. The organizer’s office will be open for registrations until 9:00 PM on the day before the event and from 7:30 AM onwards on the day of the event itself.

- DB KILLER REQUIRED

- NON-COMPETITIVE SPORTS MEDICAL CERTIFICATE REQUIRED for participants who do not hold a racing license.

GROUPS

From 9:00 AM, riders will be divided into groups according to the GROUPS, although changes may be made at the sole discretion of the organizer:

Amateurs Group

Experienced Group

Fast Group

Riders Group

Lap times will be displayed at the end of each session.

PRICES

- Full day price MOTORCYCLE: 249 euro

- Box spot: 75 euro

The track day takes place both in dry and wet track conditions.

Only in case of conditions that compromise safety even when using rain tyres, the organizer may decide not to open the circuit. To reserve the option of whether or not to ride in rain or wet track conditions, it is necessary to purchase the RAIN RECOVERY OPTION. No refund will be given to those who do not have the above-mentioned insurance in the event of a wet track.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

RECOMMENDED (but not mandatory) to have insurance coverage, which is offered through FMI memberships such as Rider License or Sport/Circuit Card.
