CIRCUIT ENTRY AND EXIT

Access to the circuit is permitted on the day of the event from 7:30 AM - the paddock must be cleared by 6:45 PM.

PIT BOX SPOT

Before accessing the pit boxes, those who purchased a spot must collect their ticket/pass at the check-in desk.

CHECK-IN

Check-in opens for registered participants at 8:00 AM on Sunday, June 14th (at the circuit bar). You must submit the fully completed and signed CIRCUIT LIABILITY WAIVER and ORGANIZER LIABILITY WAIVER at the desk.

UNDERAGE RIDERS

Participation for minors is allowed only if they hold a valid FMI license. For minor riders, the presence of both parents at the circuit is recommended; they must submit copies of their IDs along with the liability waivers at the office. If one parent cannot be present, signed copies of both parents' IDs and a signed proxy form from the absent parent must be provided.

A copy of the FMI LICENSE is mandatory for all minor riders.

MANDATORY BRIEFING

The briefing will be held on the morning of the event in the briefing room on the first floor from 8:30 AM to 8:50 AM.

IMPORTANT: WATCH THE SAFETY BRIEFING VIDEO

Safety lock-wiring on the oil drain plug, oil filler cap, and oil filter is mandatory on the track. This event has a NOISE LIMIT EXEMPTION (Deroga Rumore).

GROUPS

Group sessions start at 9:00 AM. Division is based on ability categories, though the organization reserves the right to make final changes:

- Group A - Beginner / Neofiti (600-1000)

- Group B - Amateur / Amatori (600-1000)

- Group C - Expert / Rider / Esperti (600-1000)

- Group D - Small CC - Moto4, Bucci, Ohvale GP7, Premoto3, Moto3

FEES

- Full day BIKE price: 179 Euro

- Full day BIKE price (PROMO): 169 Euro

- Pit lane spot: 40 Euro

- Private box/garage: 150 Euro

The track day takes place in both dry and wet conditions.

The organization may only decide not to open the circuit if safety conditions are compromised even with rain tires. To have the choice of whether or not to ride in rain or wet conditions, you must purchase the RAIN RECOVERY OPTION. No refunds will be issued to those without the aforementioned insurance in case of a wet track.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

RECOMMENDED (but not mandatory) to have insurance coverage, such as those provided by FMI cards (Pilot License, Sport card, or Circuit card).
