EVENT INFO

CIRCUIT ACCESS
Access is allowed on the morning of the event from 7:00 am. Anyone who needs to unload their motorcycle into the garage / set up gazebos may also do so on the evening before the event, only from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Overnight stays inside the paddock between Saturday and Sunday are NOT allowed.

CHECK-IN
Check-in will be open on the morning of the event from 7:30 am to collect the wristband and the sticker indicating the assigned group, which must be applied to the motorcycle fairing.

The race office is located on the first floor of the pit building, staircase next to garage 11.

IMPORTANT: WATCH THE SAFETY BRIEFING VIDEO - The safety briefing will take place at 8:30 am in the briefing room next to the race office. Attendance is MANDATORY

UNDERAGE RIDERS

Participation by underage riders is allowed only if they hold an FMI licence. Please note that for underage riders, the presence of both parents at the circuit is recommended. They must submit copies of their identity cards to the race office together with the liability waivers. If one of the two parents cannot be present, both signed copies of the identity documents must still be provided, together with a delegation document signed by the absent parent. For all underage riders, a copy of the FMI LICENCE must be submitted.

GROUPS

From 9:00 am, riders will be divided into groups based on the GROUPS, although changes may be made at the sole discretion of the organisation:

Group A - Amateurs with lap times over 2.38 on the 5260-metre configuration

Small Displacement Group - Moto4, Moto3, 300SS, Premoto3, Sportbike on the 2805-metre configuration

Group B - Experts with lap times between 2.26 and 2.37 on the 5260-metre configuration

Group C - Riders with lap times below 2.25 on the 5260-metre configuration

PRICES

- Full day MOTORCYCLE price: 219 euros

- Full day MOTORCYCLE PROMO price: 199 euros

- Garage space: 50 euros

- Full garage: 300 euros

The free practice day takes place both in dry and wet track conditions.

Only in the event of conditions that compromise safety even with rain tyres, the organisation may decide not to open the circuit. To reserve the option of whether or not to go out on track in rainy or wet track conditions, it is necessary to purchase the RAIN RECOVERY OPTION. No refund will be issued to those who do not have the above-mentioned insurance in the event of a wet track.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

It is RECOMMENDED, but not mandatory, to have insurance coverage, which is offered by FMI cards such as rider licence, sport card or circuit card. MotoClub Sprinthouse SSD is an organiser affiliated with the FMI.
