OVERNIGHT STAY AT THE CIRCUIT

It is possible to access the paddock stay overnight at the circuit the night before the event. However, access to the paddock for those staying overnight must be completed from 7.00 PM till 12:00 AM, after which the entrance gate will be closed. Campers entering the paddock must pay a fee of €10 to the circuit.

CHECK-IN

Check-in at the office (upstairs, next to Box 11) will be open on Friday and Saturday evening from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM and on the event day from 7:30 AM.

MANDATORY TRANSPONDER COLLECTION

At check-in, you will receive an envelope containing your assigned number, the group to which you belong (to be placed on the motorcycle fairing), a clip to attach to your suit, and the day's schedule.

BRIEFING

The briefing will take place at the check-in area on the day of the event at 8:30 AM.

DOCUMENTS

MINOR RIDERS

Participation is allowed for minors aged 12 and above with an FMI license. It is recommended that both parents be present at the circuit; they must submit copies of their ID cards along with the liability waivers. If one parent is absent, a signed copy of their ID and a signed authorization document from the absent parent must be provided.
All minor riders must submit a copy of their FMI LICENSE.
