The #23 Riders Academy is born!

INTRODUCING THE #23 RIDERS ACADEMY: THE NEW LOW-COST MOTORCYCLE SCHOOL THAT TURNS YOU INTO A RIDER

Introducing the #23 Riders Academy! The motorcycle school that allows aspiring riders aged 7 to 18 to enter the world of two wheels and improve their skills and riding techniques, without forcing families to invest a fortune! How? Thanks to an all-inclusive, affordable formula and a training program carefully designed in collaboration with the Italian Motorcycle Federation.

Accessibility and continuity: two key words to fulfill your dream

The Academy has a simple but clear goal: to allow all young two-wheel enthusiasts to take part in a affordable training program, both economically and logistically, while also preparing them for a future as a “rider.”

It will run seasonally (two monthly sessions from March to October), covering two areas in Northern Italy (Pomposa and the Parma/Modena and Cremona area). It will allow children aged 7 to 18 to explore the world of two wheels and improve their skills without requiring them to purchase a bike or technical gear.

The training methodology will be guaranteed by the Italian Motorcycle Federation (FMI) and both theoretical and practical knowledge will be provided by highly qualified and specialized federated instructors.

All with one goal: to prepare them for a future as a rider!

How is the Academy structured?

The Academy offers young enthusiasts aged 7 to 18 participation in two different and complementary training levels:

- 10/12” inch level: For children aged 7 to 12, using MiniGP bikes with 10/12” wheels.

- 17” inch level: For teenagers aged 13 to 18, using bikes with 17” wheels.

Both levels are suitable for first-time riders and those with prior experience on a motorcycle.

The Academy’s schedule will run seasonally from March to October 2025 (excluding August) and will feature two monthly afternoon sessions (2:00 PM - 6:00 PM), totaling fourteen outings.

For 2025, participants can choose between two locations:

- Pomposa Circuit

- Varano, Modena, and Cremona Circuit

To cap off the year, participants of the “17-inch level” may choose to compete in an actual race within the MotoEstate Trophies in the Moto4 or 300 SS category.

How are the training sessions organized?

Training includes theoretical lessons and practical exercises. Initially, through specific drills in the paddock, and once deemed ready by our federated instructors, participants will progress to the track.

#23 in memory of Luca Salvadori

The Academy is named in memory of Luca Salvadori, with the blessing of his father, Maurizio. Through his work as a communicator, Luca inspired countless young people across Italy to explore the world of motorsport. This project aims to continue his legacy by providing a concrete platform for what he began so masterfully.

The Academy is a project owned by SH Service SRL, a company that managed Luca Salvadori’s career until his tragic passing last September.

Project partners include: Bierreti Racing (a leading team in the CIV Junior and CIV Moto3 categories, Ohvale authorized dealer, and promoter of motorcycle rental experiences across Italy), MotoEstate Trophies (the longest-running national speed championship in Italy, active since 1986, hosting an average of 200 riders per race round across 10+ categories from 125 SP to 1000 SBK), and Proveliberemoto.it (a booking platform organizing over 60 track days per season on major circuits in Italy and Europe).
