EVENT INFO

ENTRY AND EXIT FROM THE CIRCUIT

Access to the circuit will be possible on the event day from 7:30 – the paddock must be vacated by 18:45

PIT BOX SPOT

Before entering the pit boxes, those who have purchased a spot must collect their ticket at check-in.

CHECK-IN

Check-in opens for registered participants at 8:00 on Saturday, 11 October (at the circuit bar). Please present at check-in the duly completed and signed CIRCUIT LIABILITY WAIVER and ORGANIZER LIABILITY WAIVER.

UNDERAGE RIDERS

Participation by minors is permitted if they hold an FMI license. It is recommended that both parents be present at the circuit; they must submit copies of their ID documents together with the liability waivers at the registration desk. If one parent cannot be present, you must still provide signed copies of both IDs and a delegation/authorization document signed by the absent parent.

For all minor riders, presenting a copy of the FMI LICENSE is mandatory.

BRIEFING

The briefing will be held on the morning of the event in the first-floor briefing room at: 8:40  – 9.00 – 9:30

DB KILLER MANDATORY

Please note that this is NOT A NOISE-EXEMPTION DAY. DB KILLER MANDATORY AND 98 dB. Sound checks will be carried out before entering the track. Anyone not within the track’s noise limits will NOT be entitled to any refund.

GROUPS

From 9:00 the group division starts; it may be changed at the sole and unquestionable discretion of the organizer:

Small CC group for Moto4, Aprilia 250SP, 300SS, sportbikes

Beginners group lap times over 1.25

Amateurs group lap times between 1.20 – 1.25

Experienced group lap times between 1.19 – 1.15

Racers group lap times under 1.14

FEES

- Full-day price MOTORCYCLE: 169 euros

- Full-day price MOTORCYCLE PROMO: 159 euros

- Pit box spot: 30 euros

- Full box: 200 euros

The open track day takes place in both dry and wet track conditions.

Only if conditions compromise safety even with rain tires may the organization decide not to open the circuit. To reserve the option to ride or not in rainy/wet conditions, you must have the RAIN RECOVERY OPTION. No refund will be issued to those who do not have the above insurance in the case of a wet track.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

RECOMMENDED (but not mandatory) to have insurance coverage, which is offered through FMI membership cards such as a racing license or sport/circuit cards.
