CIRCUIT ENTRY AND EXIT

Access to the circuit will be possible on the day of the event from 7:30 AM - the paddock must be vacated by 6:45 PM

PIT LANE BOX SPACE

Before accessing the boxes, anyone who purchased a space must collect their ticket at the registration desk.

REGISTRATION

Registration opens for participants at 8:00 AM on Saturday, May 31st (at the circuit bar). Please present the CIRCUIT LIABILITY WAIVER and the ORGANIZER LIABILITY WAIVER, duly filled out and signed, at the registration desk.

MINOR RIDERS

Participation for minors is permitted only if they hold an FMI license. Please note that for minor riders, the presence of both parents at the circuit is recommended; they must hand in copies of their identity cards to the secretary's office along with the liability waivers. If one of the parents cannot be present, it is mandatory to submit signed copies of both identity documents anyway, along with a signed authorization letter from the absent parent.

For all minor riders, it is mandatory to present a copy of their FMI LICENSE.

MANDATORY BRIEFING

The briefing will take place on the morning of the event in the briefing room on the first floor at: 8:30 AM - 8:50 AM - 9:10 AM

IMPORTANT: WATCH THE SAFETY BRIEFING VIDEO

On the track, it is mandatory to apply safety lock wires on the oil drain plug and the oil filter fill plug. The day is under a NOISE EXEMPTION.

GROUPS

From 9:00 AM, the division into groups begins. This is based on the following GROUPS, but may be subject to changes decided unappealably by the organization:

- Group A - Novices (600-1000)

- Group B - Amateurs (600-1000)

- Group C - Experts / Riders (600-1000)

- Group D - Small CC - Moto4, Bucci, Ohvale GP7, Sportbike, SV etc.

- Group E - MiniGP - 10 and 12 inches

RATES

- Full day price BIKE: 179 euros

- Full day price BIKE promo rate: 169 euros

- Pit lane box space: 40 euros

- Entire pit box: 150 euros

The track day takes place in both dry and wet track conditions.

Only in the event of conditions that compromise safety, even with rain tyres, the organization may decide not to open the circuit. To reserve the option of whether or not to go out on the track in rainy or wet conditions, you must purchase the RAIN RECOVERY OPTION. No refund will be given to those who do not have the aforementioned insurance in case of a wet track.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

It is RECOMMENDED (but not mandatory) to have insurance coverage, which is offered by FMI cards such as a rider license, sport card, or circuit cards.
