EVENT INFO

CIRCUIT ENTRY
Entry is permitted the evening before the event from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight) and on the morning of the event from 7:00 AM.

OVERNIGHT STAY AT THE CIRCUIT
Overnight stay is possible the night before. Access to the paddock for those staying overnight must occur by 12:00 AM, after which the main gate will be closed. Campers/RVs entering the paddock must pay a fee of €10 to the circuit.

CHECK-IN will take place in the PRESS ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR, STAIRCASE D NEXT TO BOX No. 13. OPEN THE EVENING BEFORE from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on the day of the event from 7:30 AM. Collect your envelope containing your assigned number and group sticker (to be placed on the motorcycle fairing), a suit clip, and the daily schedule.

BRIEFING
THE BRIEFING WILL BE HELD IN THE PRESS ROOM AT THE CIRCUIT AT 8:15 AM. ATTENDANCE IS STRICTLY MANDATORY.

UNDERAGE RIDERS

Participation for minors is allowed from 13 years of age provided they hold an FMI license. For minor riders, the presence of both parents at the circuit is recommended; they must submit copies of their IDs along with the liability waivers at the office. If one parent cannot be present, signed copies of both parents' IDs and a signed proxy form from the absent parent must be provided.

A copy of the FMI LICENSE is mandatory for all minor riders.

GROUPS

Group sessions start at 9:00 AM. Division is based on lap times, though the organization reserves the right to make final changes:

Amateur Group: above 1:55

Expert Group: between 1:47 and 1:54

Fast Group (Veloci): between 1:41 and 1:46

Pro Group (Piloti): below 1:40

Lap times will be posted at the end of each session.

FEES

- Full day price (Friday): 189 Euro

- Full day price (Saturday): 219 Euro

- Pit lane spot: 50 Euro

- Private box/garage: 300 Euro

The track day takes place in both dry and wet conditions.

The organization may only decide not to open the circuit if safety conditions are compromised even with rain tires. To have the choice of whether or not to ride in rain or wet conditions, you must purchase the RAIN RECOVERY OPTION. No refunds will be issued to those without the aforementioned insurance in case of a wet track.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

RECOMMENDED (but not mandatory) to have insurance coverage, such as those provided by FMI cards (Pilot License, Sport card, or Circuit card).
