ACCESS TO THE CIRCUIT
Access is permitted on the evening before the event from 7:00 pm to midnight and on the morning of the event from 7:30 am.
OVERNIGHT STAY AT THE CIRCUIT
It is possible to stay overnight at the circuit on the night before the event. However, anyone staying inside the circuit must enter the paddock by midnight. After this time, the entrance gate will be closed. Motorhomes entering the paddock will be required to pay a €10 fee directly to the circuit.
REGISTRATION
Registration will take place AT BOX 10bis and will be open on the evening before the event from 7:00 pm to 8:15 pm and on the morning of the event from 7:30 am. Here you will receive an envelope containing your assigned number and group, to be displayed on the motorcycle windscreen, a clip to attach to your racing suit and the daily schedule.
TRANSPONDER COLLECTION IS MANDATORY AND TAKES PLACE NEXT TO REGISTRATION.
BRIEFING
THE BRIEFING WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE CIRCUIT AT 8:00 AM IN FRONT OF THE SECRETARIAT. ATTENDANCE AT THE BRIEFING IS STRICTLY MANDATORY.

UNDERAGE RIDERS
Riders under the age of 18 may participate from the age of 13 and must hold a valid FMI LICENCE. For underage riders, it is recommended that both parents are present at the circuit. They must provide the secretariat with copies of both parents' identity documents together with the signed liability waivers. If one parent is unable to attend, copies of the signed identity documents of both parents must still be provided, together with a delegation form signed by the absent parent.
All underage riders are required to provide a copy of their FMI LICENCE.

The track day takes place in both dry and wet conditions.
Only if the conditions compromise safety even when using rain tyres may the organiser decide not to open the circuit. If you would like to retain the option not to ride in rainy or wet-track conditions, you must purchase the RAIN RECOVERY OPTION. No refund will be issued in the event of a wet track to participants who have not purchased this option.
INSURANCE COVER
It is RECOMMENDED (but not mandatory) to have appropriate insurance cover, such as that provided by FMI memberships including a racing licence, Tessera Sport or Tessera Circuiti.
