EVENT INFO

ENTRY TO THE CIRCUIT
Entry is allowed on the evening before the event from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and on the morning of the event from 7:00 a.m.

OVERNIGHT STAY AT THE CIRCUIT
It is possible to stay overnight at the circuit on the night before the event. However, access to the paddock for those staying inside the facility must take place by 12:00 a.m.; after that time, the entrance gate will be closed. Campers entering the paddock must pay a fee of €10 to the circuit.

CHECK-IN

It will take place in the PRESS ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR, STAIRCASE D (NEXT TO BOX NO. 13), open on the evening before the event from 7:00 p.m. and on the morning of the event from 7:30 a.m. Here you will collect the envelope containing your assigned number and riding group to be placed on the motorcycle front fairing, the clip to attach to your leathers, and the day schedule.

MANDATORY TRANSPONDER COLLECTION in the PRESS ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR NEXT TO CHECK-IN.

BRIEFING

THE BRIEFING WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE CIRCUIT IN THE PRESS ROOM AT 8:00 A.M. THE BRIEFING IS STRICTLY MANDATORY.

UNDERAGE RIDERS

Participation of underage riders is allowed from the age of 13 and only if they hold an FMI license. Please note that for underage riders, the presence of both parents at the circuit is recommended; they must submit their ID copies together with the liability waivers at the registration desk. If one of the parents cannot be present, it is still mandatory to provide signed copies of both identity documents and a signed authorization letter from the absent parent.

For all underage riders, it is mandatory to present a copy of the FMI LICENSE.

RATES

- Full day price MOTORCYCLE: 199 euro

- Full day price MOTORCYCLE on PROMO: 189 euro

- Pit box space: 50 euro

- Full pit box: 300 euro

The track day takes place both in dry and wet track conditions.

Only in the event of conditions that compromise safety even with rain tyres, the organization may decide not to open the circuit. To reserve the option of whether or not to ride in rain or wet track conditions, it is necessary to purchase the RAIN RECOVERY OPTION. No refund will be granted to those who do not have the above-mentioned coverage in the event of a wet track.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

RECOMMENDED (but not mandatory) to have insurance coverage, which is offered through FMI membership cards such as Rider License or Sport/Circuit membership cards.
