EVENT INFO

CIRCUIT ACCESS
Access to the circuit is permitted on the evening before the event from 7:30 p.m. to midnight and on the morning of the event from 7:00 a.m.

OVERNIGHT STAY AT THE CIRCUIT
It is possible to stay overnight at the circuit on the night before the event. However, those staying overnight inside the facility must enter the paddock by midnight. After this time, the entrance gate will be closed. Motorhomes entering the paddock are required to pay a €10.00 fee directly to the circuit.

REGISTRATION

Registration will take place in the PRESS ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR, STAIRCASE D (NEXT TO GARAGE No. 13) on the morning of the event from 7:30 a.m. Here you will receive the sticker indicating your assigned group, to be placed on the motorcycle windscreen/fairing, and your wristband.

BRIEFING

THE BRIEFING WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE CIRCUIT IN THE PRESS ROOM AT 8:30 A.M. ATTENDANCE AT THE BRIEFING IS STRICTLY MANDATORY.

MINOR RIDERS

Participation is permitted for riders who are at least 13 years old and hold a valid FMI licence. For minor riders, the presence of both parents at the circuit is recommended. Both parents must MANDATORILY provide the event office with copies of their identity documents together with the signed liability waivers. If one parent cannot be present, copies of both parents' signed identity documents must still be provided, together with a signed authorisation form from the absent parent.

All minor riders must provide a copy of their FMI LICENCE and a copy of their identity document.

GROUPS

From 9:00 a.m., riders will be divided into groups according to the following categories. Group allocation may be changed at the sole discretion of the organiser:

Amateur Group – over 1:55

Expert Group – between 1:44 and 1:54

Fast Group – under 1:43

PRICES

- Full-day motorcycle track session: €199

- Full-day motorcycle track session – PROMO PRICE: €189

- Garage space: €50

- Full garage: €300

The track day will take place in both dry and wet track conditions.

Only in the event of conditions that could compromise safety even when using rain tyres may the organiser decide not to open the circuit. Riders who wish to retain the option of not riding in the event of rain or a wet track must purchase the RAIN RECOVERY OPTION. No refund will be provided to riders who have not purchased the above-mentioned option in the event of a wet track.

INSURANCE COVER

It is RECOMMENDED (but not mandatory) to have insurance cover, such as that provided by FMI memberships including a racing licence, Sport membership or Circuit membership. MotoClub Sprinthouse SSD is an FMI-affiliated organiser.
