EVENT INFORMATION

CIRCUIT ACCESS
Access is allowed on the evening before the event from 7:30 p.m. to midnight, and on the morning of the event from 7:00 a.m.

OVERNIGHT STAY AT THE CIRCUIT
It is possible to stay overnight at the circuit on the night before the event. However, access to the paddock for those staying overnight inside the facility must take place by midnight; after this time, the entrance gate will be closed. Campers entering the paddock must pay the circuit a fee of €10.

REGISTRATION

Registration will take place in the PRESS ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR, STAIRCASE D next to BOX No. 13, open on the morning of the event from 7:30 a.m. Here you will collect the wristband indicating your group and the sticker to be placed on the motorcycle fairing.

BRIEFING

THE BRIEFING WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE CIRCUIT IN THE PRESS ROOM AT 8:30 A.M. THE BRIEFING IS STRICTLY MANDATORY.

UNDERAGE RIDERS

Participation for underage riders is allowed from the age of 13 and only with an FMI licence. Please note that for underage riders, the presence of both parents at the circuit is recommended. They must submit copies of their identity cards to the event office together with the liability waivers. If one of the two parents cannot be present, both signed copies of the identity documents must still be provided, together with a signed authorisation document from the absent parent.

All underage riders must provide a copy of their FMI LICENCE.

GROUPS

From 9:00 a.m., the group sessions will begin. Riders will be divided into groups, although the allocation may be changed at the sole discretion of the organisation:

Group A - Amateurs over 1:55

Group B - Experts - between 1:44 and 1:54

Group C - Fast riders under 1:43

The free practice day takes place in both dry and wet track conditions.

Only in the event of conditions that compromise safety, even with rain tyres, the organisation may decide not to open the circuit. In order to reserve the option of whether or not to ride in rainy or wet track conditions, it is necessary to purchase the RAIN RECOVERY OPTION. No refund will be issued to those who do not have the above-mentioned insurance in the event of a wet track.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

It is RECOMMENDED, although not mandatory, to have insurance coverage, which is offered by FMI memberships such as rider licence, sport membership or circuit membership. MotoClub Sprinthouse SSD is an FMI-affiliated organiser.
