CIRCUIT ENTRY
Entry is allowed the evening before the event from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on the morning of the event starting from 7:00 AM.
CHECK-IN
Check-in will be open on the morning of the event from 7:30 AM to collect your wristband and the sticker indicating your assigned group, to be placed on the motorcycle's fairing.
IMPORTANT: WATCH THE SAFETY BRIEFING VIDEO - The safety briefing will be held at 08:30 AM in front of the registration office. Attendance is MANDATORY.
UNDERAGE RIDERS
Participation for minors is allowed only if they hold an FMI license. Please note that for underage riders, the presence of both parents at the circuit is recommended; they must submit copies of their ID cards along with the liability waivers at the office. If one parent cannot be present, it is mandatory to provide signed copies of both parents' IDs and a signed authorization form from the absent parent. For all underage riders, it is mandatory to present a copy of the FMI LICENSE.

GROUPS
Group sessions start at 9:00 AM. Division is based on the following categories, though the organization reserves the final decision on any changes:
Amateur Group (600/1000) – lap times over 1:19
Expert Group – Moto4, Moto3, 300SS, Premoto3, Sportbike
Fast Group – lap times under 1:18
MiniGP Group – 10/12 inch wheels
RATES
- Full day price MOTORCYCLE: 199 Euro
- Full day price MOTORCYCLE (PROMO): 189 Euro
- Pit box space: 40 Euro
- Full pit box: 150 Euro
The track day takes place in both dry and wet conditions.
Only in case of conditions that compromise safety even with rain tires, the organization may decide not to open the circuit. To reserve the option of whether or not to go on track in rain or wet conditions, you must purchase the RAIN RECOVERY OPTION. No refund will be given to those without the aforementioned insurance in case of a wet track.
INSURANCE COVERAGE
RECOMMENDED (but not mandatory) to have insurance coverage, which is offered by FMI cards such as Rider License, Sport card, or Circuit card. MotoClub Sprinthouse SSD is an FMI-affiliated organizer.
