ENTRY TO THE FACILITY

Gates open at 7:30 AM on the event day. MANDATORY EXIT BY 6:45 PM. Box spot: Before accessing your assigned box, collect your ticket at the check-in desk.

CHECK-IN AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Check-in opens for registered participants at 8:00 AM on Sunday morning.

Please present at the desk:
- A valid original driver's license
- Completed and signed original waiver form from the Modena Circuit (Download waiver)
- Completed and signed waiver from the Riding School of Luca Pedersoli (Download waiver)

MINORS

Participation is allowed for minors from 12 years of age with a valid FMI license. It is recommended that both parents be present at the circuit and submit copies of their IDs along with the signed waivers. If one parent cannot be present, both copies of the IDs must still be submitted, signed, along with a signed authorization document from the absent parent.

All minor riders must present a copy of their FMI LICENSE.

MANDATORY BRIEFING
The mandatory briefing will be held in front of the event check-in area in the morning. Attendance is required, and a signature will be collected at the end of the briefing.

Briefing times: 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM (Briefing room, first floor)

Please be punctual - without the briefing confirmation ticket, track access is not permitted.
