EVENT INFO

CIRCUIT ENTRY
Entry is allowed in the evening from 7:00 pm to 12:00 am and in the morning of both events from 7:00 am

OVERNIGHT STAY AT THE CIRCUIT
It is possible to stay overnight at the circuit on the night before the events. Access to the paddock for those staying inside the facility must take place by 12:00 am; after this time the entrance gate will be closed. Campers entering the paddock must pay the circuit a fee of €10.

REGISTRATION

will take place in the PRESS ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR, STAIRCASE D (NEXT TO BOX NO. 13), open on the morning of the events from 7:30 am. Here you will collect an envelope containing your assigned number and group, to be placed on the motorcycle windscreen, a clip to attach to your suit, and the daily schedule. TRANSPONDER COLLECTION IS MANDATORY in the PRESS ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR NEXT TO REGISTRATION

BRIEFING

THE BRIEFING WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE CIRCUIT IN THE PRESS ROOM AT 8:00 am TO 8:30 am FOR GROUPS A and B AND FROM 8:30 am TO 9:00 am FOR GROUPS C and D. THE BRIEFING IS STRICTLY MANDATORY.

UNDERAGE RIDERS

Participation for minors is permitted from the age of 13 and only if they hold an FMI licence. Please note that for underage riders, the presence of both parents at the circuit is recommended; they must submit to the office, together with the liability waivers, copies of their ID cards. If one of the two parents cannot be present, it is still mandatory to present both signed copies of the identity documents and a signed authorization document from the absent parent.

For all underage riders, it is mandatory to present a copy of the FMI LICENCE.

GROUPS

From 9:00 am, riders will be divided into groups based on the GROUPS, but these may be changed at the sole discretion of the organisation:

Amateur Riders Group over 1:55

Experienced Riders Group - between 1:47 and 1:54

Fast Riders Group - between 1:41 and 1:46

Racers Group under 1:40

Lap times will be displayed at the end of each session.

PRICES

- Full day MOTORCYCLE price: 199 euro

- Full day MOTORCYCLE PROMO price: 189 euro

- Pit space: 50 euro

- Full pit box: 300 euro

The track day takes place both in dry and wet track conditions.

Only in case of conditions that compromise safety even with rain tyres, the organisation may decide not to open the circuit. To reserve the option of riding or not riding in rain or wet track conditions, it is necessary to purchase the RAIN RECOVERY OPTION. No refund will be granted to those who do not have the above-mentioned insurance in the event of a wet track.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

RECOMMENDED (but not mandatory) to have insurance coverage, which is offered through FMI cards such as Rider Licence or sport/circuit membership card.
