EVENT INFO

CIRCUIT ACCESS
Access to the circuit is allowed on the morning of the event from 7:00 AM. Anyone who needs to unload their motorcycle into the garage / set up their gazebo may also do so on the evening before the event, only from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Overnight stays inside the paddock are NOT permitted on the night between Saturday and Sunday.

CHECK-IN
Check-in will be open on the morning of the event from 7:30 AM for collection of the wristband and the sticker indicating your group, which must be displayed on the motorcycle windscreen/fairing. The event office is located on the first floor of the garage building, using the staircase next to garage 11.

IMPORTANT: WATCH THE SAFETY BRIEFING VIDEO - The safety briefing will take place at 8:30 AM in the briefing room next to the event office. Attendance is MANDATORY

UNDERAGE RIDERS

Underage riders may participate provided they hold a valid FMI licence. For underage riders, the presence of both parents at the circuit is recommended. Both parents must provide the event office with copies of their identity documents together with the signed liability waivers. If one parent cannot attend, copies of both parents' signed identity documents must still be provided, together with a signed authorization from the absent parent. All underage riders must provide a copy of their FMI LICENCE.

GROUPS

Track sessions start at 9:00 AM. Riders are divided into the following groups, although the organizer reserves the right to change the group allocation at its sole discretion:

Groups and sessions on the Tazio 5260 M layout

- Amateurs (600-1000)

- Fast (600-1000)

- Racers (600-1000)

Groups and sessions on the Tazio 2805 M layout

- Experts (Small displacement bikes 300 / Moto4 / Promo4 etc.)

PRICES

- Full-day MOTORCYCLE price: €219

- Full-day MOTORCYCLE PROMO price: €199

- Garage spot: €50

- Entire garage: €300

The track day takes place in both dry and wet track conditions.

Only in the event of conditions that compromise safety even when using rain tyres may the organizer decide not to open the circuit. To keep the option of whether or not to ride in rainy or wet track conditions, it is necessary to purchase the RAIN RECOVERY OPTION. No refund will be given to riders who have not purchased the above-mentioned option in the event of a wet track.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

It is RECOMMENDED (but not mandatory) to have insurance coverage, such as that provided by FMI memberships including a Rider Licence, Sport Membership or Circuit Membership. MotoClub Sprinthouse SSD is an FMI-affiliated organizer.
