CIRCUIT ACCESS
Access is allowed on the evening before the event from 7:00 pm to midnight and on the morning of the event from 7:30 am.

OVERNIGHT STAY AT THE CIRCUIT
It is possible to stay overnight at the circuit on the night before the events. Access to the paddock for those staying overnight inside the facility must take place by midnight; after this time, the entrance gate will be closed. Campers entering the paddock must pay the circuit a fee of €10.

CHECK-IN

Check-in will take place in the PRESS ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR, STAIRCASE D (NEXT TO GARAGE NO. 13), open on the evening before the event from 7:00 pm to 8:15 pm and on the morning of the event from 7:30 am. Here you will collect the envelope containing your assigned number and group, to be applied to the motorcycle fairing, the clip to attach to your suit, and the daily programme.

TRANSPONDER COLLECTION IS MANDATORY in the PRESS ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR NEXT TO CHECK-IN.

BRIEFING

THE BRIEFING WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE CIRCUIT IN THE PRESS ROOM AT 8:15 AM AND 8:45 AM. THE BRIEFING IS STRICTLY MANDATORY.

UNDERAGE RIDERS

Participation by underage riders is allowed from the age of 13 and only if they hold an FMI licence. Please note that for underage riders, the presence of both parents at the circuit is recommended. They must submit copies of their identity cards to the race office together with the liability waivers. If one of the two parents cannot be present, both signed copies of the identity documents must still be provided, together with a delegation document signed by the absent parent.

For all underage riders, a copy of the FMI LICENCE must be submitted.

GROUPS

From 9:00 am, riders will be divided into groups based on the GROUPS, although changes may be made at the sole discretion of the organisation:

Amateurs Group over 1.55

Experts Group - between 1.47 and 1.54

Fast Group - between 1.41 and 1.46

Fast Group under 1.40

Lap times will be posted at the end of each session.

- Full day MOTORCYCLE price: 199 euros

- Full day MOTORCYCLE PROMO price: 189 euros

- Garage space: 50 euros

- Full garage: 300 euros

The free practice day takes place both in dry and wet track conditions.

Only in the event of conditions that compromise safety even with rain tyres, the organisation may decide not to open the circuit. To reserve the option of whether or not to go out on track in rainy or wet track conditions, it is necessary to purchase the RAIN RECOVERY OPTION. No refund will be issued to those who do not have the above-mentioned insurance in the event of a wet track.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

It is RECOMMENDED, but not mandatory, to have insurance coverage, which is offered by FMI cards such as rider licence, sport card or circuit card.
