EVENT INFO

CIRCUIT ENTRY
Entry is allowed the evening before the event from 7:30 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight) and the morning of the event from 7:00 AM onwards.

OVERNIGHT STAY AT THE CIRCUIT
It is possible to stay overnight at the circuit the night before the event. However, access to the paddock for those staying inside the facility must be completed by 12:00 AM (midnight); after this time, the entrance gate will be closed. Motorhomes/campervans entering the paddock must pay a fee of €10.00 to the circuit.

REGISTRATION / CHECK-IN

It will take place in the PRESS ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR, STAIRCASE D (NEXT TO BOX NO. 13), open in the evening from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM and the morning of the event from 7:30 AM. Here you will collect an envelope containing your group assignment sticker to be placed on the motorcycle's front fairing and the daily schedule.

BRIEFING

THE BRIEFING WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE CIRCUIT IN THE PRESS ROOM AT 8:30 AM. THE BRIEFING IS STRICTLY MANDATORY.

MINOR RIDERS

Participation for minors is allowed from 13 years of age and they must hold an FMI license. Please note that for minor riders, the presence of both parents at the circuit is recommended. Parents MUST submit copies of their identity cards to the registration office along with the liability waivers. If one of the two parents cannot be present, it is still mandatory to submit signed copies of both parents' identity documents and a signed authorization/delegation document from the absent parent.

For all minor riders, it is mandatory to present a copy of the FMI LICENSE and a copy of their identity document.

GROUPS

From 9:00 AM, the division into groups starts based on the following categories, but it may be subject to unappealable changes decided by the organization:

- A - Amateurs

- B - Small Displacements

- C - Experts

- D - 600 Riders

- E - 1000 Riders

RATES / PRICES

- Full day price MOTORCYCLE: 199 euros

- Full day price MOTORCYCLE in PROMO: 189 euros

- Single pit box space: 50 euros

- Entire pit box: 300 euros

The track day takes place in both dry and wet track conditions.

Only in case of conditions that jeopardize safety, even with the use of rain tires, the organization may decide not to open the circuit. To reserve the option to ride or not in case of rain or wet track, it is necessary to purchase the RAIN RECOVERY OPTION. No refund will be paid to those who do not have the aforementioned insurance in case of a wet track.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

RECOMMENDED (but not mandatory) to have insurance coverage, which is provided by FMI cards such as Rider License, Sport card, or Circuit card. MotoClub Sprinthouse SSD is an organizer affiliated with the FMI.
