EVENT INFO

CIRCUIT ENTRY
Entry is allowed on the morning of the event starting from 7:00 AM.

REGISTRATION
Registration will be open on the morning of the event from 7:30 AM to collect your wristband and the sticker indicating your assigned group, to be placed on the motorcycle's fairing.

IMPORTANT: WATCH THE SAFETY BRIEFING VIDEO - The safety briefing will be held at 08:30 AM in front of the registration office. Participation is MANDATORY.

MINOR RIDERS

Minors are allowed to participate if they hold an FMI license. Please note that for minor riders, the presence of both parents at the circuit is recommended. Parents must submit copies of their ID cards along with the liability waivers at the registration office. If one parent cannot be present, both signed ID copies and a signed proxy document from the absent parent are still required. A copy of the FMI LICENSE is mandatory for all minor riders.

NOISE LEVEL TESTS

Vehicles will be checked before entry using the following methodology: engine at 3⁄4 of maximum RPM. Sound meter at 50 cm from the exhaust at a 45° lateral angle. No exceptions will be granted to those who do not pass the test. Riders who fail the test will NOT be entitled to any recovery and/or refund. DB killer mandatory. Maximum noise limit: 98db.

- Promo full day price MOTORCYCLE: 179 Euro

- Pit stall: 40 Euro

- Full box: 150 Euro

The track day takes place in both dry and wet conditions.

Only in conditions that compromise safety even with rain tires, the organization may decide not to open the circuit. To have the option to choose whether or not to ride in rain or wet conditions, you must purchase the RAIN RECOVERY OPTION. No refund will be given to those without the aforementioned insurance in case of a wet track.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

RECOMMENDED (but not mandatory) to have insurance coverage, which is provided by FMI cards such as a Rider License, Sport card, or Circuit card. MotoClub Sprinthouse SSD is an FMI-affiliated organizer.
