INPUT INTO THE CIRCUIT

Entry is allowed from Sunday evenings from 8.00 pm and from Monday mornings from 7.00 am

OVERNIGHT IN THE CIRCUIT

It is possible to stay overnight on the circuit the night before the event. However, access to the paddock for those staying inside the structure must take place before 11.00 pm, after this time the entrance gate will be closed. Campers entering the paddock will have to pay a fee of €10.00 to the circuit

ACCEPTANCE AT BOX 25 The secretariat will be open from 20.00 to 21.30 on Sunday evening and from 7.30 on Monday morning. Here you can collect the envelope where you will find the number assigned to you and the group you belong to, to be affixed to the fairing of the bike, clips to attach to the suit and program for the day.

MANDATORY BRIEFING THE BRIEFING WILL BE LISTED IN FRONT OF BOX n. 25 STRICTLY MANDATORY (TIMETABLE ON THE PROGRAM OF THE DAY)

DOCUMENTS

You can download here and here the two releases of responsibility to be delivered filled in and signed in the original directly on the circuit on the day of the event. In the disclaimer at the bottom it is asked whether or not you want to join the circuit insurance. Daily insurance covering personal physical damage and damage caused to third parties. The cost of the same is € 15.00. If you want to activate it, tick YES and sign alongside, otherwise indicate NO and sign alongside.

MINOR RIDERS

Please note that for underage riders the presence of both parents on the circuit is recommended, who must deliver copies of their identity cards to the secretary's office together with the waivers of responsibility. If one of the two parents cannot be present, it is mandatory to present both copies of the signed identity documents and the proxy document signed by the absent parent. It is also mandatory to deliver the copy of the license.
