Participation in the Michelin Power Days 2024 is permitted exclusively to those in possession of the regular invitation (hereinafter called Coupon) and whose motorbike is equipped with Moto Michelin Power Cup Evo, Power Slick 2, Power Cup 2, Power GP2, Power Performance, Power rain

Coupons will be available only at retailers participating in the initiative or on the e-commerce platform on the gppowercup.com website

Each Coupon is personal and can be used by a single person on the date specified therein

ACCREDITATION PROCEDURE AND COMMON RULES FOR ALL ACTIVITIES ' ON THE TRACK
Entry of any motor vehicle on the track can only take place after the driver delivers any valid "PASS" for access and receives authorization from the track attendant.
Entering the track is subject to the signing of the Assumption of Responsibility Document specific to the type of activity being carried out and the presentation of a document as indicated in the following articles.
The Assumption of Responsibility Document and the forms to be filled out will be viewable and downloadable directly from the website www.gppowercup.com 30 days before the event

Access to the track for OVER-AGE drivers is subject to the following provisions:

- Entry is permitted to adult drivers with a valid driving licence.
- The driving license must be in original and photocopies are not accepted.
- Entry is permitted to adult drivers with a report of loss and a document proving the renewal of the current license or in derogation all minors who will be authorized with a Federal racing license.

ACCREDITATIONS for collecting the track entrance "PASS".
For those who have not pre-registered via the dedicated website www.gppowercup.com, it is advisable to arrive in the Circuit in advance of the assigned shifts, in order to have time to get accredited, avoiding queues and improving and having the right amount of time to fill out the forms.
At the time of booking, an average time will be requested, in which the participant plans to lap, and he will be assigned a category to which he belongs, in order to divide the drivers by ability, lap times and
make the turns on the track safer and more homogeneous. The categories will be divided into: - AMATEURS - EXPERTS - FAST

After having accredited and collected the entry "Pass" for the shifts assigned to you, you will have to go to the BRIEFING, which is mandatory for entry on the track.

Once the mandatory BRIEFING has been completed, you will have to hand over to a manager the completed and signed briefing form, which can be downloaded from the site and/or which will be delivered to you at the moment, and you will receive the "BRIEFING" sticker ” which will allow you to enter the track.

WITHOUT THE BRIEFING STICKER POSITIONED ON THE SCREEN OF THE MOTORCYCLE IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO ENTER THE TRACK

ENTRY ON THE TRACK


- Once you have collected your entry "Pass", you will be able to go to the track entrance at the pre-established times for your shift. For any problem, our secretariat and our staff will be at your disposal to give you the appropriate information.
The motorbike must be equipped exclusively with Moto Michelin tyres.
There will be waiting for you at the track entrance the "MICHELIN OPENERS" to accompany you on some laps, should you request them.

The entry "Pass" relating to the assigned shift will be given to the Staff Officer present at the entrance to the track, who will check compliance with all mandatory points (Michelin tyres, Briefing sticker,
appropriate clothing, etc).

The "Pass" is strictly personal and it is strictly forbidden to pass it on to third parties. If this anomaly is detected, the holder of the "Pass" and the participant not authorized to use it will be
immediately blocked at the track entrance and the tests will be interrupted for them.

The BRIEFING sticker must be positioned clearly visible on the fairing of the motorbike and not in other less visible parts.

The tires fitted will be checked at the track entrance, which must be MICHELIN and in excellent condition. usury. If the installation of a tire of a brand other than MICHELIN or in a poor state of wear is detected, the participant will be able to go to the MICHELIN SERVICE present on the circuit to replace the set of tires immediately.

SAFETY ON THE TRACK


The drivers of the motorbikes participating in the tests on the track must maintain regular driving behavior, avoiding sudden maneuvers that could jeopardize the safety of other track users while driving.

1. Always signal the entrance to the pits well in advance and pay attention when entering the track, respecting those arriving and staying out of the way
2. Pay maximum attention when heating the tyres, respecting the pressures prescribed by the manufacturer
3. Maintain a constant pace without suddenly changing trajectory
4. Always maintain an optimal view of the vehicle in front
5. It is strictly forbidden to stop, abruptly slow down and behave incorrectly towards other drivers. Recognize and identify your physical limitations so as not to lose concentration while driving
7. It is absolutely forbidden to enter the track after having consumed "alcoholic beverages and drugs of any kind". In case of non-compliance, the Organizer will contact the Competent Judicial Authorities.
8. Before entering the track, make sure that the motorbike is in optimal conditions of use, check the state of wear of the tyres, brakes, suspensions and general condition of the vehicle.
9. The motorbike cannot have luggage racks, top cases or other similar equipment. The mirrors, rear and front lights and indicators must be fixed in such a way that they cannot come off during activity on the track. The use of video recording equipment of any kind is prohibited .
10. To enter the track it is mandatory to wear adequate technical clothing in optimal condition:

- LEATHER SUIT (possibly full suit)
- RACING LEATHER GLOVES (with protections)
- RACING BOOTS (with protections)
- FULL FULL HELMET
