CIRCUIT ENTRY

Entry to the racetrack is permitted starting from Saturday evening from 7.00 pm to 9.30 pm and from Sunday morning from 7.15 am onwards. Anyone wishing to stay overnight in the paddock on Saturday evening is asked to communicate by telephone or via Whatsapp on 030 503 2626

ACCEPTANCE

The secretariat will open on Sunday morning at 7.15am. Here you will have to collect the bracelets indicating the group you belong to and the stickers to place on the motorcycle fairing. The duly completed liability releases will be delivered to the secretariat.

BRIEFING

Mandatory briefing at 8.30 am in front of the secretariat.

This is the release of liability to be delivered completed and signed in original directly to the circuit on the day of the event.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The photography and tire changing service will be active during the day.

UNDERAGE RIDERS

Please remember that for underage drivers it is recommended that both parents be present on the circuit, who must deliver their copies of their identity cards to the secretariat together with the liability releases. If one of the two parents cannot be present, it is mandatory to present both copies of the signed identity documents and a signed delegation document from the absent parent. It is also mandatory to deliver the copy of the license.
