Gates open from 7.30am on the day of the event. MANDATORY EXIT BY 6.45 PM. Box place: Before accessing your box, collect the coupon at the reception.

ACCEPTANCE AND DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED
The reception opens to members from 8.00 am Sunday morning

Present at the desk:
- Valid original driving license
- Original completed and signed release 'Autodromo di Modena (Download resolution)
- Release completed and signed by Luca Pedersoli's Riding School (Download resolution)

ONLY FOR MINORS: photocopy of the documents of both parents even if the minor will be accompanied by only one of the two.

MANDATORY BRIEFING
The briefing mandatory will be carried out in the morning in front of the event secretariat and it is mandatory to participate (a signature will be required to confirm participation at the end of the briefing).

The BRIEFING times are: 8:30 - 9:00 - 9:30

We kindly ask you to be punctual - without a briefing slip it is not possible to enter the track.
