Dunlop Days is back: appointment on the Cremona Circuit on Monday 29 May 2023. The day is open to all motorcyclists who already use Dunlop or to those who will take advantage of the interesting promotions offered by Dunlop Moto and SH Group SAS (organizers of the event) to try out the tires British sports cars at incredible prices. Participants in the event will receive a free welcome kit of products, the event t-shirt and will be able to participate in the social contest. The timing service is included in the price of the day. Price

The cost of participation in the six rounds of Dunlop Days is €129.00 (VAT included) for those who book and have made the payment by 01/05/2023. For bookings after 01/05/2023 the cost will be €139.00 (VAT included).


Admission to the Track

Participation is permitted only for participants in possession of the requisites (license or licence, technical skills, clothing) to ride the motorcycle with which they appear.

Login Procedures


A) pre-compile all the documentation provided in advance, to avoid unnecessary gatherings and send it to the organizers (SH Group) by Friday 05/26/2023 by e-mail at segreteria@trofeimoto.it
B) Registration at the SH Group box, hand in the original forms and collect the number, the transponder and all the necessary material and the welcome kit
C) Mandatory briefing

 

Tyres

Only motorcycles equipped with Dunlop tires with a minimum of 80% of the following models are allowed on the track: KR189/KR 133/MOTO3, KR106/108/109, D213 GP Pro, GP Racer D212 (only treaded) and SportSmart TT. Tires of other brands or models will NOT be accepted


Age

participants can also be minors with a minimum age of 13 in possession of an IMF speed license. For adults, you can enter the track with a licence, sports card, driving licence.

Motorcycle

Any headlights and indicators must be taped, top cases and suitcase brackets must be disassembled, the fairings must be well fixed, the levers and footrests must have adequate tightening, brake pads in good condition.


Clothing

Approved full-face helmet, leather suit in good condition (one piece or 2 pieces, provided that the zip fastens around the entire waist circumference), back protector, gloves, boots and suitable protectors.

Exhaust system


All bikes must have original exhausts. Alternatively, “racing/aftermarket” exhausts can be fitted. Motorcycles that are too noisy will be stopped and subjected to a phonometric check with the following methodology: motorcycle at ¾ rpm; sound level meter 50 cm from the outlet with a lateral angle of 45°; the measurement must not exceed 98 dB(A) as required by the circuit regulations.


Action cameras

Use is NOT permitted.


Box

The rider has the option of purchasing a space inside a garage shared with other riders (at the promotional price of €50.00 including VAT).


Participants may undergo strict technical checks by the Staff. If a participant does not comply with the aforementioned requirements, or behaves in a dangerous way for himself or for others, or does not respect the rules or provisions relating to access to the circuit, he may be removed at the unquestionable discretion of the staff in charge. Any incorrect behavior will be sanctioned with the expulsion from the shift of the participant and the cancellation of any remaining shifts.


SUSPENSION AND CANCELLATION OF THE TRIAL


The event may be suspended or canceled in case of bad weather and in any case at the unquestionable discretion of the organizers (SH Group) and/or the manager of the Circuit.
In no case will the participant be refunded the fee.
In the event of rain, Dunlop will not guarantee the availability of Rain tires for all Entrants. The Dunlop service on the track will provide a maximum of 30 sets.

SOCIAL CONTEST


The organizer SH Group is pleased to give away 5 entries by draw, for a round of choice of Motoestate 2023 in the RaceAttack categories, only to riders who have never participated in championships before. RaceAttack 1000cc: 3 entries RaceAttack 600cc: 2 entries


DUNLOP DAYS: TECHNICAL STANDARDS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

The motorcyclist is obliged to show up on the track with the motorcycle in a perfect state of preparation and maintenance, checking that there are no objects or parts that could become detached during the shift(s).
It is recommended:
• access only with tires with a minimum 80% residue
• Check the tightening (half-handlebars, footrests, brake caliper screws, fairings)
• Check correct tire pressure (Dunlop Service will be available for any free assistance)
• check the state of wear and functioning of the braking system
• check complete tightness of the oil filter and the filler and drainer screws.
• it is recommended to bring the tires up to temperature (with at least one warm-up lap or by using tyrewarmers (for tires which envisage/allow their use). The Dunlop Service will be available on site for indications and support for any assistance.
• Before entering the track, it is advisable to learn the meaning of the main signal flags, which represent the only signaling tool for the Driver while he is moving
• It is recommended to enter the track raising your left hand, to signal your entry to those coming from the straight at high speed, avoiding getting in the way of the ideal trajectory of the first bends.
• It is recommended to maintain your line even when you are overtaken.
• It is recommended not to hinder the other faster drivers by facilitating overtaking.
• It is recommended to signal the exit from the track to those following us with a raised arm and move away from the ideal trajectory, at least from 2 bends before entering the pit lane.
• Beginners or those in need of assistance are advised to contact the forerunners made available free of charge.
Report any dangerous or potentially dangerous situations or incorrect behavior to the marshals or to the personnel in charge of exiting the track.


In PITLANE, it is required to proceed at moderate speed (max 50km/h), respecting the direction of travel of the track.
It is strictly forbidden to carry out wheelies, stoppies and burnouts, under penalty of cancellation of the shift(s).
When entering the track, in addition to respecting the limits, it is recommended to check for any signals from marshals and the arrival of other motorbikes from the straight. Once you enter, avoid cutting into the roadway and it is recommended to try to maintain a trajectory that does not hinder any oncoming motorcycles.
Increase speed gradually and steadily.

 

DUNLOP DAYS: BANS


It is absolutely forbidden:
• transfer the entrance ticket to third parties without authorization from the organisation
• make races and bets
• stop on the track
• get off the bike and walk
• proceed at low speed
• reverse the direction of travel (the direction of travel is clockwise)
• perform all kinds of stunts
